Established in 2018 by our managing director, Morgan Wotton, Shade Collective emerged as a culmination of his extensive background and multifaceted roles within the industry.

Morgan embarked on his professional journey in 2002 with Silent Gliss, a global leader in interior window furnishings. Over his sixteen-year tenure, Morgan traversed the entire spectrum of the business, spanning production, installation, sales, and management.

He skillfully oversaw numerous high-end residential and commercial projects, collaborating closely with Australia's premier architectural firms and renowned builders.

Since the launch of Shade Collective in 2018, we've had the privilege of supplying quality window furnishings on a number of notable projects.
